Emirates ID First-Time Issuance Service

This service is for individuals who have never registered for an Emirates ID or received an identification number before.

Mandatory Service: For UAE nationals, GCC nationals, expatriates, and residents of the UAE.
Valid Residence Permit: Required for residents applying for an ID card.

Customers must complete the requirements (fingerprint, photo) within the specified period to avoid cancellation.
Customers must follow the instructions and requirements sent during the process to avoid cancellation.

Residents: ID card issuance is linked to residence permit issuance through the unified form.
Newborn Citizens: Eligible for the "Mabrouk Mabrouk" package.
GCC Nationals: Must have proof of residence (property owners, not renters), investment, work, or study in the UAE. Relatives only up to the first degree.
10-year ID card: Not available for citizens aged 5-14 years.
