Service Limitations
- GCC Nationals: Must have verifiable proof of residence, investment, work, or study in the UAE to apply for a replacement.
- Presence in the UAE: The ID card holder must be physically present in the UAE when applying for a replacement. Applications from outside the country are not accepted.
