Conditions for obtaining the service

• Customers must complete the requirements (fingerprint, photo) within the specified period to avoid cancellation.
• Customers must follow the instructions and requirements sent during the process to avoid cancellation.

Service Limitations

• Residents: ID card issuance is linked to residence permit issuance.
• GCC Nationals: Must have proof of residence, investment, work, or study in the UAE.
