Terms of Service for WABA AL QALAM

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the internal operation and authorized use of the WABA AL QALAM system (“the App”), a private communication tool developed and used solely within Al Qalam Typing Center (“the Company”).
1. Purpose of the App
The App is designed exclusively for internal business communication through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. It is not intended for public use, consumer distribution, or external access by individuals outside the Company.
2. Authorized Users Only
Access to the App is restricted to Company-approved personnel. Unauthorized access, sharing credentials, or exposing system information to third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must adhere to the following rules:
- Use the App only for legitimate Company operations.
- Do not engage in spam, fraudulent, or misleading messaging.
- Do not alter, reverse-engineer, disable, or disrupt the App.
- Ensure all messages reflect accurate, lawful, and compliant communication.
4. Data Processing & Message Handling
The App processes message-related data, including:
- Message content when required for operational purposes.
- Message metadata (timestamps, message IDs, delivery/read status).
- Contact numbers and WhatsApp profile names provided by users.
All processed data is used solely for internal communication workflows.
5. Compliance with Meta Platform Terms
The App interacts with services provided by Meta Platforms through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. All usage must comply with:

Any violation may result in suspension of access or system restrictions.
6. Security & Access Tokens
System User Access Tokens and API credentials must be handled securely. Users must not:
- Share tokens with unauthorized persons.
- Store access credentials in insecure locations.
- Expose tokens publicly or in unprotected systems.
If a security risk or breach is detected, the Company will revoke and regenerate all affected credentials.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” for internal use. The Company is not liable for:
- WhatsApp network outages or Meta service interruptions.
- API rate limits or technical restrictions.
- Message delivery delays or failures.
- Operational mistakes or misuse by users.
8. Updates to These Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted at the same URL. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination of Access
Access may be revoked at any time due to:
- Policy violations.
- Security threats or breaches.
- Employment or authorization changes.
All access tokens and system permissions must be removed immediately when authorization ends.olicy violations, security threats, or changes in employment status.
