Al Qalam provides PRO (Public Relations Officer) services in Sharjah — we handle your company’s government paperwork end to end: visa and labour transactions, licence renewals, document attestation runs and municipality applications, so you don’t need a full-time PRO on payroll. We work as your authorised representative across UAE government counters, with every transaction receipt shared for your records.
Most of our PRO clients are Sharjah SMEs, startups and family businesses with 2–50 employees — large enough to have regular government paperwork, small enough that a dedicated in-house PRO doesn’t pay for itself. We also support Dubai and Northern Emirates companies that need transactions completed in Sharjah.
A PRO (also called a mandoob) is the person who physically and digitally processes company paperwork with government bodies — immigration, MOHRE, the economic department, municipality and courts. Outsourcing it means you pay per transaction or a fixed retainer instead of a full salary.
Either. Some clients hand us everything; others use us for overflow, Sharjah-specific transactions, or during their PRO’s leave.
Government fees are set by each authority and paid at cost — we share the official receipts. Our service charge is agreed before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
We are open 9 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week — including Fridays when many government service centres in Sharjah are closed — so urgent typing and submissions can usually start the same day. Authority processing times still apply.
