Required Documents To Apply For Sponsored Visit Visa – 30 Days

Sponsor Documents:

• Original Emirates ID (for verification purposes)
• Copy of Emirates ID
• Copy of Residence Visa
• Copy of Passport

Applicant Documents:

• Copy of Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
• One digital photograph (taken at a studio)

Conditional Documents:

• If sponsoring children: Birth certificate (attested by the UAE MOFA and translated into Arabic)
• If sponsoring a spouse: Marriage certificate (attested by the UAE MOFA and translated into Arabic)
• If sponsoring parents: Sponsor’s birth certificate (attested by the UAE MOFA and translated into Arabic)
• For applicants from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and Iraq: National ID

Sponsor Employment Documents (if applicable):

• Investors/Partners: Trade License, MOA, and Establishment Card
• Private Sector Employees: Labour Contract with Ministry Stamp (minimum salary AED 4,000)
• Free Zone Employees: Salary Certificate issued by Free Zone Authority (minimum salary AED 4,000)
• Government/Semi-Government Employees: Salary Certificate issued by Employer (minimum salary AED 4,000)

• Sponsorship File: AED 253.15 (if the sponsor does not have an active sponsorship file)
• Security Deposit: AED 1000 per applicant (refundable)
• If Mother is the Sponsor: NOC from Father certified by Dubai Court OR Death Certificate (MOFA attested) if father is deceased.
