The Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Al Dhafra provides all services related to the services of citizens, residents, and violators.

Services Offered at the Center

• ID card services: fingerprint capture, issuance of new ID cards, ID card renewal, ID card replacement, exemption from late fines
• Customer Service: card collection, ID Card Urgent Service
• Passport Services: issue new passport, passport renewal, passport replacement, passport printing, passport collection
• Entry and Residence Permits Services: entry permission inquiries, residence inquiries, modify residence information, cancellation of residence permits, issuing, amending, renewing, and canceling entry permits
• Establishment registration and follow-up services: issuance of establishment card, establishment card renewal, cancellation of the facility card, edit facility data
• Violators’ Affairs Services: leave permit, transfer to court, administrative circular and raising the circular
